to 1000 square feet. Prices are inclusive of rent, rates, heating,

These premises are let on a flexible tenancy agreement to help and
encourage the formation and growth of new small businesses.
The tenancy agreement for the offices and workshops is based on a
six monthly 'easy in, easy out' licence agreement. Rents are
payable monthly in advance and the agreement incorporates a one
month break clause. The Centre may not be suitable for certain
types of business, and retailing is not permitted from the
units.
