| Consultation on Statement of Licensing
Policy | |
Telford and Wrekin is consulting on the Statement of
Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003.
Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003 requires a licensing authority
to prepare and publish a statement of its licensing policy every 3
years. During the 3 year period, a policy is kept under review and
the licensing authority may make any revisions it considers
appropriate based on relevant feedback.
We would like your views in further developing this local
policy.
The consultation is due to commence on Friday 14th November 2008.
You are invited to submit any comments that you have in relation to
the policy on the response form provided below by 5pm on Friday 6th
February 2009.
