Customer services

At Telford & Wrekin Council we strive to offer excellent customer service at all levels.

Our Customer Charter outlines the service that you can expect to receive from us.

If you need to contact Customer Services, you can do so in a number of ways.

As a Council we have outlined Promises to you as our customers. These Promises relate to areas that most concern you. They are our contract with you. You can judge our performance against them, by looking at our monthly performance figures.

We have created a list of leaflets that may be helpful in giving you more information about certain services.

We would love to hear from you. Please tell us when we do something well, when something isn't right, or if you have an idea or suggestion for us.
