We are hoping to build on the success of the three
previous events and ensure that the achievements of children and
young people are fully recognised and celebrated. Nominations are
key to the success of the Ceremony. Please look at the nomination
form and consider who would be deserving of an award.
We are looking for nominations under a range of categories:
- Involvement in Local Democracy.
- Involvement in Regional and National Democracy.
- Developing and Improving Services and Projects.
- Raising Awareness.
- Improving School Life.
- Raising the National Profile of Telford.
- Involvement in the Recruitment and Selection of Staff.
- Involvement in Training, Conferences & Events.
- Improving Local Facilities and the Environment.
- Supporting Local People.
- Long Service Awards.
Please note that the event organisers need your nominations in
order to alert them as they cannot ensure that every deserving
child, young person or group is recognised.
If you know of a potential winner please let us know by
returning the completed form on time.
Feel free to nominate as many children and young people as you
wish. We would rather receive any number of nominations for the
same child, young person or group than anyone be missed.
Please complete the enclosed form and return it to me, Ann
Mansell, using the freepost address on the form, by no later than
