Children's Workforce Development
Team
The CWDT organise, co-ordinate, adminster and deliver training for
the children's workforce within Telford and Wrekin.
Training courses for those who work in
early years and childcare, social care, education and
youth4connexions are specifically arranged plus a programme of
multi-agency training programmes for those who work with children
and families in a variety of specialisms and contexts.
The CWDT have recently been involved in the piloting and field
testing of the Children's Workforce Development Council's
Common Induction Standards.
