This course is intended for new and existing
childminders.
N.B THIS COURSE MUST BE ATTENDED BY ALL NEW CHILDMINDERS
WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF

By the end of the session(s) childminders will have:
- Discussed the key tasks involved in managing their
business
- Learned why it is vital they actively manage their
business
- Assessed how well they are manageing their business at the
moment
- Explored the barriers to more effective business management and
possible ways to overcome these
Expected Outcomes: To raise amongst childminders the need
and advantages of operating their business on a professional basis
and give them tools to improve their current practices.
