Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin's Record of Children
with Disabilities (including additional developmental needs) is
gathering as much information as possible to provide the best and
most useful services for all children with disabilities living in
the Borough.
To achieve this goal everyone involved in the planning and delivery
of care needs to know more about the standard of services provided
today. This will help us plan services for the future.
