| Environmental Health has policies that set out in a clear
manner the way in which the service will be delivered to all those
requesting help and advice, or those having enforcement action
taken against

The environmental health service will strive to ensure
that all interested parties receive clear information, setting out
the levels of service and performance that the public and
businesses can expect to receive.
We will carry out our duties in a fair, equitable and consistent
manner. Inspectors will exercise judgement in individual cases but
arrangements will be in place to promote consistency.
Along with 96% of other central and local government organisations
with an enforcement function, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin
has signed up to a common policy of enforcement. A full copy of
