The main function of the service is to protect the health and wellbeing of the inhabitants of the Borough of Telford & Wrekin.

Environmental Health provides protection for people living in the borough, advising on issues such as food safety, safety in the workplace, noise control, blocked drains and control of polluting industry are provided.

We are able to investigate complaints across a range of problems such as noise, pollution, unfit food and audio or dog noise.

In the course of our inspection of business premises for compliance with food, health and safety and pollution control legislation, we can offer extensive free guidance and advice about compliance.
