The food, health and safety team can investigate all food
hygiene matters. If you are concerned about cleanliness, food
handling practices or pests, in any food business in the Borough of
Telford & Wrekin then you can make a complaint. We will not
investigate complaints about the price of food, or poor customer
service.
All complaints are dealt with anonymously and once a complaint has
been received an officer from the team will investigate the
complaint and let you as a complainant know of the outcome.
If you would like to make a acomplaint or for more information
please contact the Food, Health and Safety Team. Once a complaint
has been made, an Environmental Health Officer will contact you
within 5 working days to discuss the matter.
