Safer Food Better Business

Under the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 all "food business operators shall put in place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure or procedures based on the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles".

The Food Standards Agency's simplified method of complying with this requirement is through the implementation of the Safer Food Better Business method (SFBB). There is a link on the right to their website.
