Scores on the doors - Appeals process |
Following the inspection the Officer will send the food
business operator details of their star rating. At this stage, if
they are not happy with the star rating they may appeal to the
Officer or the Officers' line manager.
Appeals must be received within 14 days of the star rating being
posted. Appeals must be made in writing to the business unit
manager of the food, health & safety team at the address
below:
