If you live in Telford or are affected by a problem that
exists in Telford then we may be able to help. If you live outside
Telford then you should contact the local authority or London
Borough in which you live.
Some queries we will try and answer immediately although others may
take a little longer. We will normally respond to your request
within five working

If you are making a request for service ( making a
complaint about someone or something) then we will need your full
details:
- name, address, telephone number;
- the nature of the complaint; and
- the name and address of the person who you believe is
responsible for the subject of your complaint.

Environmental Information
Environmental
Health will supply environmental information to anyone requesting
it unless the information falls within one of the exemptions under
the legislation. However, environmental information falling within
the meaning of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 will
be subject to a charge.
The charging scheme for environmental information held by
Environmental Health is:
- £50/hour or part thereof for time taken to compile the
information.
- 10p per A4 sheet where the material is required to be submitted
in hard copy printed (or copied) format.
If you are in any doubt as to the likely charge an officer will
be happy to give you an estimated charge. Please note that
information subject to a charge will only be supplied on payment of
the charge.
If you are seeking to reuse the information - in whole or in part -
this may become subject to the requirements of the Reuse of Public
Sector Information Regulations 2005. Should this be the case you
will need to be appropriately licensed to use the data in whole or
in part. A charge is made for such a licence. Please contact an
