| We are preparing a revised planning document to replace
the policies contained in the Wrekin Local Plan. We are preparing a
revised preferred Options Report and we would like to hear your
views on what the policies in the new document should
contain. | |
The General Policies Development Plan will contain a range of
detailed policies against which planning applications will be
judged. This will ensure that future development contributes
towards achieving the Council's vision for the borough as set out
in the Core Strategy.
Request for your views and ideas
We invite
you to comment on our proposals for a new Development Plan Document
(DPD) for Telford and Wrekin. The comments you make will be taken
into account before we produce a set of Preferred Option policies
that will undergo formal public consultation in early 2009. This is
an opportunity for people to raise any issues or concerns at an
early stage.
How to submit your views
You can
submit your comments using the online
consultation or download a copy of the PDF
Policies Development Plan Document and
return it to us by Friday 11th April 2008. You can post it to us
using our freepost address
