Between January and April 2009 we will be supporting 5
local households to reduce the amount of food waste they
unnecessarily throw away and help to save them
money.

In addition to creating space in the household's wheelie bin the
Love Food Champions will potentially save as much as £150 over the
course of the 3 months
During the project the 5 lucky households will each receive
- Dedicated support from the Waste Minimisation
Officer
- 5 interesting excursions with free transport provided
- Topical gifts and support materials
- Information on how households waste reduction efforts can help
the environment
- The opportunity to make friends with other like minded
people
