Employment Services - Help for Employers |
| Employment Services offer practical help and
advice for employers wishing to employ people with a disability on
a work experience or full time/part time
basis. | |
|
We can offer the following:
- Advice about aids and adaptations which may be available at no
additional cost.
- Advice about the Disability Discrimination Act.
- Assistance with effective recruitment and selection.
- Post-employment support to the employer and individual to
achieve a successful outcome.
- Information about 2 tick award and job introduction
schemes.
- Increase the diversity of your workforce.
- Supported work experience scheme.
- Advice and support in retaining existing disabled staff if
circumstances change.
- Access to a network of various agencies, services and other
employers who participate in an employment strategy forum.
- We are not an employment agency who can supply relief staff. We
are an employment service who aim to assist people into paid
employment.
