The Equality Group for Adult Social Care meets every two months,
and represents all sections of the Portfolio.
Aims
-
To maintain a focus upon the various equalities issues which
affect both the delivery of the Portfolio's services, and the
Portfolio's position as an employer of staff, and as a purchaser
and commissioner of services.

To act as a safe and well-informed forum within which the
Portfolio's response to equality and diversity issues can be
debated and developed.
