Our main task is to assess and review people's needs and
to make sure that they get the services they need. Once we know
that you are entitled to a service, we will provide, purchase or
arrange the help you need. We hope that this will help you to live
more easily and safely in your own home. If that is not possible,
then we will help you to find the right sort of residential or
nursing care.
What services are available:
If you are older or disabled the council can help you to get
your home adapted to meet your needs.
