eProcurement: Most of our contracts and agreements are to be
secured using e-Procurement processes: The Council are using the
"Delta eTendering Suite" a procurement tool supplied by a company
called BiP Solutions. Information about current tenders will be
available to providers who are registered via BiP Solutions.
All current or recent providers will have been contacted by BiP
