The Homelessness Act 2002 says that all councils must
publish a Homelessness Strategy. This is a formal report that sets
out what councils need to do to prevent homelessness, and make sure
that accommodation and support are available for people who become
homeless or are at risk of doing so.
This report is called 'Telford & Wrekin's Homelessness Strategy
2003-2008'. The document is quite large so we have split it into
