If you have a disability and are thinking about moving to more suitable accommodation, here is some information you may find useful.
What do I do if I would like to move?
If you suffer from a disability and are thinking about moving to more suitable accommodation, you may be able to apply to register for the 'Choose Your Home' scheme. You will be able to express an interest in properties you would like to move to - for example, a ground floor flat, a bungalow or adapted property which is more suitable for your needs.

Please contact the Housing Option Team if you would like to discuss what is available to you as an older person.

What should I do if I am threatened with losing my home?

How can I get my current home adapted?
