Where is the Housing Service? The
Housing Service is at Darby House, Telford Town Centre.
Darby House is the office block opposite Asda with the mirrored
windows.
How do I get there from Telford Town Centre?
To reach Darby House on foot, follow the footpath leading from Asda
and walk across the overbridge. Walk down the steps (or use the
ramp) - Darby House is the building on your left with mirrored
windows.
How do I contact the Housing Service?
You can contact us in many ways:

Note: If the line is busy, please try again. The team deals
with a large amount of telephone calls each day so please bear with
us if the telephone is engaged when you ring.

What if I need help out of office hours? If you need
help outside office hours, please ring the out of hours service on
01743 246058.
Note: this is a Shrewsbury number, but it is the
right number to ring.
Can I deliver a letter by hand? You can give your
letter to the receptionist who will make sure it gets to the right
place.
There is a letterbox on the wall at the left-hand side of the main
entrance door to Darby House for deliveries out of office
hours.
What if I go to Civic Offices by mistake? The Housing
Service is based at Darby House, not at Civic Offices
(Malinslee House). If you go to Civic Offices by mistake, the
Receptionist will ask you to report to Darby House.
