Supporting People (SP) programme is committed to
providing a better quality of life for older and vulnerable people
to live more independently. It does this by funding the provision
of housing-related support to prevent problems that often lead to
hospitalisation, institutional care or homelessness, and can help
the smooth transition to independent living for those people
leaving an institutional setting such as prison.
