Information for Service Users and Carers |
Feedback from service users is important to the council
as it tells us whether the services we provide are of a good
standard.
| |
|
Getting involved in this way can help service users
develop life skills and prevent them feeling isolated - it also
gives them more self confidence as they have more choice and
control over how they live their lives.
If you are a service user and would like to make any comments
about the services you are receiving, you can do this by:
- saying how you feel when a council Monitoring & Review
Officer visits you (you can have a Support Worker present if you
wish)
- completing a service user questionnaire with as much
information as you can. If you have trouble filling the
questionnaire in, a Support Worker will help
you.
