Flex card - your key to a healthier
lifestyle
The Flex card, which is renewable annually, offers discounted
rates on many activities at participating Telford & Wrekin
leisure centres, as well as access to special offers throughout the
year. Flex Cards are FREE to all Telford & Wrekin
residents.
Where and how do I get my card?
To obtain a
card simply fill in an application form (a downloadable version can
be found on the right of this page)and hand it to a member of staff
at any of our nine leisure centres. You will need to produce proof
of residence, age and concessionary entitlement (where
appropriate). Your card will be issued and valid immediately.

You
