Flex card - your key to a healthier
lifestyle
The Flex card, which is renewable annually, offers discounted
rates on many activities at participating Telford & Wrekin
leisure centres, as well as access to special offers throughout the
year. Junior residents (15 years or under) and anyone qualifying
for concessionary status are entitled to a free Flex
Card.
Where and how do I get my card?
To obtain a
card simply fill in an application form (a downloadable version can
be found on the right of this page)ensuring you enter the
appropriate card category as outlined below, and hand it to a
member of staff at any of our nine leisure centres. You will need
to produce proof of residence, age and concessionary entitlement
(where appropriate). Your card will be issued and valid
immediately.

All users of Horsehay Village Golf Centre and 'Aspirations'
