Nrgize is a range of health and fitness activities geared towards
11-15 year olds with purpose built facilities at Stirchley
Recreation Centre, Madeley Court Sports Centre and Oakengates
Leisure Centre.
The gyms feature a 9 station circuit of specialised Technogym
resistance equipment and, to complement this, Madeley Court has a
variety of cardio vascular equipment whilst Stirchley Recreation
Centre and Oakengates Leisure have a bank of 'Trixter' indoor
mountain bikes.
Nrgize sessions are also held in the fitness suite at Wellington
Civic & Leisure Centre.
