which you can use free of charge; these have been provided by the
government as part of the People's Network

You can access the Internet or send e-mails to family and
friends, write letters, CV's or do other work using word-processing
as well as create spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
All libraries have scanners so that you can transfer photographs
or images on to the computer.
Supanova software is available at each library which can be used if
you are visually impaired. Large keyboards and rollerball mice are
also available if required.
There are free taster sessions in many libraries or try a free
online course to help get you started. You
can also find out about
local computer courses.
