It's free to join our libraries. Anyone of
any age can become a library member to borrow books and
audio-visual items Joining the library will also give you free
access to our library

It's easy to join! Just call in at any library and fill
out a simple membership form and, if you are 16 or over, show some
proof of identity with your name and address on, such as a letter
or bill. You can then start using your ticket straight away.
If you are under 16 your form needs to be signed by a parent or
carer
If you can't provide any current ID then we will post an
application form to your address. When you return it to the library
together with the envelope, you can have a ticket.
Please let us know if you change your address or telephone number
so that we can keep your details updated.
