We are continually selecting and buying new titles to
suit all ages and interests - both stories and information books.
We also buy them in different formats:

Requesting a book
Check the
catalogue and request titles online. If you
cannot remember the exact title or spelling, do not worry. Use the
keyword search facility to track down a book
Author visit.
Katherine Swift - author of The Morville Hours - will be visiting
Wellington this autumn.
Wellington Town Council Chamber, Civic Centre on 24th October at
7.30pm
She will be speaking about how she created her garden at the Dower
House at Morville Hall near Bridgnorth, the inspiration she got
from the medieval Book of Hours and how she achieved her dream.
Signed copies of her book will be available for purchase at the
events.

National Year Of Reading
2008 is the
National Year of Reading. Reading will be promoted throughout the
UK and libraries will be holding a variety of events and
promotions. The National Year of Reading website lists many of
these events as well as featuring news, monthly themes and
competitions.
