Borough of Telford & Wrekin

How to report a pothole

Pothole Busters- you spot it, we fill it.

With recent cold snaps causing more potholes on the borough's public roads, Telford & Wrekin Council is investing extra resources in our Pothole Busters campaign.

We need you to help us by reporting any potholes you see on Telford and Wrekin public roads

  • Report a pothole online
  • Call the Pothole Busters hotline 01952 384000 (8am - 7pm Monday Friday from February 1, 2010) please give as much detail as possible about the pothole's location

The extra resources we're investing, means we'll be able to fill around 300 potholes a week. The Pothole Busters campaign will run until the early spring.
