The first Local Transport Plan (LTP) was submitted to the
Government in July 2000 covering the financial year 2001/02 to
2005/06.
It explains the Council's strategy to improve local transport and
at the same time contribute towards the Government's 10 year
transport plan. One of the requirements of the first LTP was the
production of the Annual Progress Reports (APRs) that demonstrate
progress towards achieving the LTP objectives.
