Monitoring collections

On occasion, we undertake random monitoring of waste collection services throughout the borough. Occasionally we may come across a property where there are two standard 180 litre or 240 litre red top bins. In these circumstances we would usually contact the occupier in writing, giving them notice that, in except in exceptional circumstances, we will remove the second bin.
