Progress April to June 2007
All steelwork has now been erected and the roof cladding is practically completed for the new units. The sub-structure brick/block work, internal drainage and service ducts are complete. The concrete floor slabs are in place and the superstructure brickwork is in progress and on schedule.
July - September 2007
The off-site drainage, that will connect Phases 1 & 2 of the construction to the mains, is now virtually complete and is ready for new (Phase 1) drain to be connected to it.
As a result of the initial problems encountered, including the boundary fence and inclement weather conditions experienced this summer, the Contractor has advised that anticipated completion will now be on the 14th November 2007.
