Physical Activity Reward Scheme
The Physical Activity Reward Scheme is for young people aged 13-19. It currently runs in Telford & Wrekin Council Secondary Schools and Colleges.
By registering for the scheme you will receive a Reward Card to collect stamps for taking part in Sport and Physical Activity. The Physical Activity Rewards Scheme runs for 15 weeks.
Where can I collect stamps?
You can collect stamps for attending/participating in the following activities:
- Lunch Time Clubs
- Afterschool Clubs
- Telford and Wrekin Council Sport Development Sessions e.g. Street Sports
- Leisure Activities at Telford and Wrekin Council Leisure Facilities
- Telford and Wrekin Sports Clubs recognised by Telford and Wrekin Council - visit the Sports Development section.
These stamps build up to different levels where rewards for your efforts will be on offer. These rewards include free leisure activities, such as badminton court hire and ice skating vouchers, cinema passes and clothes vouchers.
After 15 weeks in the scheme it is hoped that you will have the motivation and confidence to continue to take part in sport and physical activity.
If you are interested in applying to take part in the scheme, please complete and return the application form.
This project is supported and funded by Telford & Wrekin Council, Sport England and Telford School Sport Partnerships.
