Whether you have just moved into an existing property, your bin or box is damaged, lost or stolen, please use our online forms to request a replacement or contact our Rubbish and Recycling team on 01952 384384:

	request additional or replacement recycling boxes/containers
	request an replacement green bin
	request a replacement grey bin

Is there a charge?

There is no charge for replacement bins or boxes.

New properties

If you are requesting a bin for a brand new home or additional rubbish bins for your property, there will be a charge of £25.00 for either size of rubbish bin. You cannot order these bins using the online form. To order a bin for a new property, please contact Customer Services on 01952 384384.
