We are currently looking for members of the public to join our Health and Adult Care Scrutiny Committee and the Joint Health and Overview Scrutiny Committee as a standing Co-optee.
If you have an interest and expertise in health and adult care and want to make a difference for people living in the borough, you can apply to become a Co-optee. We welcome applications from people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.
Being a Co-optee requires commitment and hard work and it can be frustrating when things don’t change overnight, but the role can be rewarding and you will have the opportunity to contribute to some of the Council’s policy making.
The closing date for applications is Monday 6 February 2017.
We will be carrying out interviews mid-February and we will contact all applicants by 28 February 2017 at the latest to let you know the outcome of your application.
