When you arrive at Southwater One for these appointments, you will need to check-in at the desk on the Ground Floor before making your way to the Second Floor.
All other services are responsible for arranging their own appointments and must be contacted independently.
If you are claiming Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support, you can now report a change in your circumstances online.
Self-service computers and free phones are also available on the ground floor.
