Education catering

This term's winter/spring menus* will be introduced which will include a range of freshly prepared and seasonal recipes. All of the menus will come with the option of a low fat organic fruit yoghurt, cheese and biscuits or fresh fruit instead of the traditional set pudding.

Children with special dietary requirements will be catered for according to the guidance set out in the cultural and dietary awareness booklet.

* Please note that the following schools will continue to use the summer/autumn menu until further notice:

• Oakengates nursery school
• Priorslee primary school
• Woodlands primary school

School meals are £1.90 per day.

Pay for school meals

Please note: from 19 March 2012 parents/carers of children who attend Priorslee Academy and St Peters Edgmond will no longer be able to pay for their child's school meal through the online or telephone payments facility. Any payments should be sent to the school directly by either cash or cheque (made payable to Telford and Wrekin).

New payment options are being trialled for pupil's at the following schools only:

The new options available are 'online payments' and 'Automatic Telephone Payments' (ATP).

Please note:
'Online payments' and 'Automatic Telephone Payments' services are available for pupils with all numeric pupil reference numbers (example 12345678).

Only 'online payment' is available for pupils with non-numeric characters in the pupil reference (examples 1234-5678, 1234. 5678).
