If you generate waste from a business it is classified as commercial waste and cannot be disposed of in your normal 'household waste' bin or deposited at a community recycling centre.

• any spillages are cleared away;
• waste is only disposed of by a licenced professional and;
• they sign a waste transfer note with the waste collecting company (which should be kept for 2 years).
