Donnington Wood Junior School is closed today (Tue) due to heating problems. Engineers are on site and it is hoped that the school will re-open tomorrow (Wed).

Dothill wall collapse

This morning a section of wall at the rear of Dothill Primary School’s playground collapsed into a grassed area outside the school grounds. No one was hurt but emergency services were called.

Two teaching unions hold a national day of industrial action on Thursday June 30 which will close some schools in Telford and Wrekin. 21 borough schools are affected with nine completely closed.

Rubbish and recycling update
