  Church Hill in Ironbridge is closed for the next five days to allow essential works to be carried out.

• Ironbridge Road roadworks

  There are still roadworks on Ironbridge Road past the new Abraham Darby Academy , Woodlands Primary and Abraham Darby Leisure Centre site and the road will be partially closed at times next week.

• Horsehay golf club

  The golf course has been closed this morning due to much of the course being covered in ice. The driving range is open as normal and we will let you know when the course reopens.

  Oakengates swimming pool has now reopened following its recent closure for emergency repairs.

• A41 works commence on Monday 6 February

  Safety improvement works begin on the A41 from Monday to Chetwynd Church Junction and a 2km section of the road to the north. The road will remain open with temporary traffic signals in place.

• Abraham Darby Leisure Centre is open

  The heating problems experienced at Abraham Darby Sports & Leisure Centre have now been resolved. All of the centre’s facilities are now up and running as usual.

• Abraham Darby Leisure Centre

  The Council’s Abraham Darby Leisure Centre’s pool and some other facilities at the centre are likely to be closed for the remainder of Thursday.
