Highways and Transport Survey

Published on 26 July 2011

4,500 randomly selected households in Telford and Wrekin are being encouraged to give their feedback on highways and transport services in the borough as part of a national survey.

The households in questionhave been sent a questionnaire asking a number of questions, which seek feedback on the importance and levels of satisfactions of a range of services.

The survey covers the condition of the roads and footpaths as well as the quality of local bus services.

Telford & Wrekin Council is taking part in the National Highways and Transport Survey run by Ipsos MORI, which many local authorities take part in.

The survey allows residents to give detailed feedback on highways and transport issues and residents have until Friday July 29 to return the questionnaire.
