A Telford man was today jailed for eight months for fraudulently obtaining more than £32,000 in Housing Benefit over a period of eight years. Stephen Lexow, of Stonedale, Sutton Hill, was told by Shrewsbury Crown Court that he must serve a minimum of 4 months.
