A live show is making its way to Oakengates Theatre @ The Place this half-term, and it’s a show that is sure to put a smile on the faces of little ones across the borough.

The Little Big Club - Live in Concert is an all-new 90 minute musical adventure for the whole family, but especially those with younger children who will be thrilled by the colourful show which brings some of their favourite characters to life.

Oakengates Theatre @ The Place will host The Little Big Show on Monday 13 February at 1pm, so it's an ideal way to kick off the half-term with a fun-packed afternoon.

Much loved characters will be performing during the show, including Barney the Dinosaur singing 'I love you', Bob the Builder singing 'Is this the Way to Sunflower Valley ' and Angelina Ballerina dancing on stage.

Other favourites such as Thomas the Tank Engine, Fireman Sam and Pingu will also perform in what any child will know is an all-star line-up.

Cllr Arnold England , Cabinet Member for Leisure & Well-being, said: "This show is an ideal way to introduce younger children to the world of theatre, and with old favourites such as Thomas the Tank Engine, the show will appeal to whole families who have grown up with these characters."

The Little Big Club - Live in Concert show begins at 1pm on Monday 13 February and tickets cost just £14 each, and concessions £12 each.  Family tickets for four people with a minimum of 2 children cost just £46.

Tickets can be purchased from the Oakengates Theatre Box Office on 01952 382382 or book online at www.theplacetelford.com
