Finding a home
If you need to find somewhere to live in Telford and Wrekin, there are a number of ways you can do this.
If you wish to rent a property from one of the housing associations in the area
You will only have to register once. You will then be able to express an interest in any of the properties owned by the five main housing associations in the borough. For more information on registering view our Applying for a housing association property page.
If you want to rent a property from a private landlord
There are a number of letting agents, as well as landlords, who advertise their services in local newspapers and in many other ways, such as the internet. If you do not have internet access at home, you can go to your local library and use the internet for free. Library staff can help you.
If you want to buy your own home
There are a number of schemes which may be able to help you. For further information visit our Low cost home ownership page.
