Personalisation – Putting it into practice

24 June 2010

The format for this event was around looking at the whole process of personalisation.
The audience were given one of 4 case study cards to follow to visit each area.  At each section there was opportunity to learn about the work that is happening in each area and look at it from a customer point of view.  The other section of the event was in a  world café format, for delegates to discuss their case study experience in more detail.
