VIP package launched for T-Live

Telford & Wrekin Council and Telford Shopping Centre are pleased to announce that due to public demand there will be a limited edition VIP package available at September’s T-Live event.

T-Live takes place on Saturday 7 September in the QEII Fields In Trust Town Park Arena.and will be headlined by McFly with support acts Stooshe, Loveable Rogues and The Vamps plus two local bands.

The VIP package unveiled today includes access to an exclusive front of stage viewing area, entry to the Hospitality Marquee, sponsored by Telford Shopping Centre, with complimentary drink and canapés on arrival and gift bag to take away.

There will only be 70 VIP tickets released and people who have already bought tickets can upgrade to a VIP ticket at a cost of £20 for under 18s and £30 for 18 and over.

Telford & Wrekin Council leader Kuldip Sahota said: "this is an exclusive opportunity to get the maximum enjoyment out of our exciting T-Live festival by purchasing a VIP package that we believe is excellent value for money.

In the spirit of co-operative working, we have worked closely with Telford Shopping Centre to put the package together and we are delighted that they have supported it by providing the VIP tent."

The T-Live event has been selling steadily since it was announced that McFly will play a 75 minute set as headliner and more than 2,000 tickets have already been sold.

Standard tickets cost £35 for adults and £30 for 11 - 16 year olds but holders of registered TLC's can snap up their tickets for £32 and £28 respectively. Tickets for 5  -10 year olds are just £10 and under 5's will get in free but need to be booked by phone.

Residents who have not yet picked up or registered their TLC are urged to do so to make sure you get your discount and to help speed up the booking process.

Cards are available at all leisure centres, libraries, and council receptions and can be registered by staff or you can do it yourself online at An individual TLC membership number will be required for each TLC discounted ticket.
