Automated Telephone Payment (ATP) services - service unavailable

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some technical issues our ATP, we are working with our supplier to resolve the issues with aim of restoring service ASAP.

Street lighting

Please tell us about any street lights or illuminated bollards or road signs that are not working. 

If the light has a reference number on it, please provide this so that we can clearly identify it.

The Council has a responsibility to light highways only. Lighting on non-highway areas, such as drives, are the responsibility of individual residents.

Please note: We may not be responsible for the street light you are reporting as faulty, please use the online form to report the fault. We will investigate and respond to you to advise if this is the case.
