Overview
Taking staff teams out of the workplace for both social and developmental reasons has many positive benefits. We can provide you with bespoke team building experiences from either our Centre in Wales or our Centre in Shropshire. Whether you are looking for a fun, social event or a development training programme, we think we can help.
Your options
- Single days
There is no such thing as a 'typical' team building day at 'Arthog Wales'. Within the constraints of your time with us, we will work with you to create a programme which best meets your requirements. This may include a series of short, set piece problem solving activities or challenges of a longer duration, such as raft building or the high ropes course. We will provide all of the equipment required plus transport to activity venues once you are here. Refreshments and lunch will also be included in the event.
The Arthog Outreach Centre in Telford has similar potential for team development with the added dimension of flexibility, which enables us to come to your workplace with mobile team challenges or collect you from the workplace and transport you to an activity venue within Shropshire.
- Residential programmes
Residential stays are either based at Arthog or local hotels depending on budget and availability. Each programme is unique and designed through close liaison with your organisation. A programme can integrate team building and personal challenge with inspiring adventure and a thematic approach which culminates in a finale at the end of the event.
Alternatively, a more relaxed, social gathering may be more suitable for you - a blend of adventure, relaxation, good food and good company.
