Consultations - Land off Concorde Dawley Bank

Who can get involved? Residents who live within a 400 meter buffer zone around the land off Concorde.
Start date 18 June 2012
Closing date 6 July 2012
Reason for consultation The Council has been approached by two community groups who wish to develop a parcel of land off Concorde, Dawley Bank. We propose to seek the views of local residents to help inform the decision the Council may take regarding any sale of land/future use of the site. This consultation is taking place because there have been differing views emerging from the community over the future use of the land.
Overview A survey will be sent out to local residents asking for their views on the future use of the land off Concorde.

Both community groups provided the Council with information to go in the covering letter.
How to get involved? Residents who live within a 400 metre buffer zone around the land off Concorde will be directly sent the survey to be returned in the freepost envelope provided.
The next steps Cabinet are due to consider this item at their meeting in September.
