The 2023 Boundary Review – Revised Proposals for new Parliamentary constituency boundaries
The Boundary Commission for England (BCE) commenced a review of Parliamentary constituencies in England, in accordance with the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 (as amended by the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Act 2011 and Parliamentary Constituencies Act 2020).
The Boundary Commission for England has now published its revised proposals for new constituency boundaries following the initial consultation. The proposals and maps for the nine English regions have been published on the website. The four-week public consultation period has commenced and will close on 5 December 2022. This will be the final chance for the public to give the Commission their views on the proposals.
